I've been going to China One for many years, however it seems like the quality of the food has gone down over the past few years. I placed my most recent order online. I then recieved an email confirmation stating it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. I arrived at the time they stated it would be ready and they were extremely busy, more than I have ever seen. The girl at the front counter said it would be a few minutes. No big deal. I ended up waiting over and hour and seeing other customers who ordered after me get their food. Then I saw the girl speaking to the cooks, she then came over and said they basically forgot my order and would now make it. Waited another 15 minutes and finally got my order. But just before she brought my order out, one of the cooks walked out then into the bathroom and slammed the door behind him. I completely understand if you are very busy, but I never received any kind of apology and for the cook to make a scene like that in front of customers is not cool. On top of all that our food was very bland, but it's usually not. I am very disappointed as this used to be one of my favorite restaurants. But not anymore. It will be a very long time before we go back.

Best Chinese restaurant! The food is so delicious! I always buy more so we can have leftovers! The owners are always so friendly!!! I will always come back here. I live in Claremore.so good!!!

Absolutely love this place. Best Chinese place around. My husband and I refuse to go anywhere else. Service is always professional, friendly, and quick, portions are always huge, and the food is always delicious.
